CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

For this new post i have to write about the changes I would like to do to my study programme. Well this is my first year in this career so I don’t have an entire view of the programme, but I will write about the changes I would like to do to the first semester programme, the faculty facilities and teaching methods.
About the first semester programme I like it in general but I don’t like some of the courses we have to take, I think some of them are boring, like “QF y su acción” is like a introducing course but I think is so boring and I would like to change it.
About the faculty we don’t have a casino so I would like we have one, also the library is so poor in comparison with others of the same university, I like the labs they are fine. Another think I would like to change is the think that we don’t have a lot of covered places so when is rainy we don’t have a place to launch or something like that.
About the teaching methods what I have seem I liked so I think I wouldn’t change this topic.  


I think in the future when I finish the career I will have a better view of the entire programme (I mean a more complete view because I will have to pass the entire programme) so then I will have a better opinion and maybe I would like to change more things about the programme than now.

Why did I choose this career

The main reason why I chose chemistry and pharmacy is because I like chemistry and also my parents are Pharmaceutical Chemists so i known what they do and i like it, in the most part of the time, another option that I had was chemistry engineering, but I saw the program and I didn’t like it, because I don’t like maths. In the future i don’t want to work in a pharmacy, I like to work in a Industry or in a hospital or enter PDI. About my experience at university I want to say I like the career and the people of the university, also at the beginning it was difficult for me to adapt to the environment of university but in the present I adapted to it and I like it.

A COUNTRY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT.

I would like to visit Papua New Guinea, because when I was thinking what country I would like to visit, The first country that came to my mind was the Netherlands but when I saw it in Google I lost interest in it so then I thought in Australia but when I was searching information about it I found Papua New Guinea and it seems to be a better place to visit than Australia. I know a few thinks about this country like it has so many languages,  the population is around 7 million people, they live in customary communities this is the reason why they have a lot of languages, also there are many places that I would like to visit in the country like Carstensz Pyramid, is the highest island peak in the world, and Port Moresby, is the capital of Papua New Guinea. I wouldn’t like to live or study there maybe I would like to work there because is an island and I think it could be a quiet place but I would work only for a little time because I wouldn’t like to live there.

A person that I admire

A person who I admire is Adriano Castillo Herrera he is a Chilean actor, he was born on July of 1944 in Concepción and he studied in Instituto Nacional José Miguel Carrera and then he studied Chemistry and Pharmacy in the University of Chile after this he became an actor I don’t know why but he did a great job, he acted in a famous Chilean series called “Los Venegas”, in this series he was Alfonso Cabrera also known as “Compadre Moncho” who was a shameless person and he always took advantage of his best friend Jorge Gajardo who always lent him money  Also Adriano Castillo acted in a lot of series and also in some movies. I admire him because of his character “Compadre Moncho” and also cause he is a good actor. In the Present he is the town councilor of Quinta Normal, I live there but when he was nominated to town councilor I couldn’t vote because I was 17 but if I could I would vote for him.
